EUC wheel sizes for a starter - summerfun - October 27, 2025 I'm thinking about getting started on EUC and I am wondering if I should start with smaller 14 inch wheel or go straight to 18 inch? I know bigger will be better for bumps and stability but is it too much to start and learn on? RE: EUC wheel sizes for a starter - NightFly - November 16, 2025 If you’re just starting with EUCs, a 14-inch wheel is usually easier to learn on because it’s smaller, lighter, and more forgiving when you wobble or tip over. An 18-inch wheel is better for bumps and stability at higher speeds, but it can feel a bit scary at first since it’s taller and heavier. Most beginners start on a smaller wheel to get the hang of balancing and riding, then move up to a bigger wheel once they’re more comfortable. |
