Lubing chain on eBike - 48v17ah - August 28, 2025

Wondering about tips on lubing the chain.   The bike is little heavy to turn upside down and also the LCD would be right against the pavement.   Due to limited storage space, I don't think I can buy a stand.  So these two obvious options don't work that well for me.  Maybe someone out there has some creative ideas?

Google around for "handlebar jack".    It could potentially help with protecting the LCD.

Handlebar jack is a good idea and can be picked up from amazon and likely your local bike store.  I have a small hack for you.  Use the RAM mount which can serve as a dual purpose.  The crane attached to the ball can serve as your handleback jack when you turn the bike upside down.  When you are riding, it can hold your phone.  The trick is that you would need to get two of those - one for the left, and one for the right.   So you can attach 2 phones when riding (or phone + GPS).   If not, just attach 1 crane when riding, and keep the 2nd in your garage for when you need to turn the bike upside down.

Here are the components:

These two make up your crane / handleback jack when you turn the bike upside down (you need 2 of these):

This is just the phone mount which can be easily removed:
