I'm looking for a secondary commuter. I was wondering since these wheels seem so small, would they wear out quicker than an e-bike?

Smaller wheels wear out faster because they make more revolutions over the same distance, concentrating wear on a smaller contact patch.

It would also depend on rubber quality, tire pressure, riding style, etc...
