Suspension question - fat tire vs full suspension

What would be better for suspension for a ebike?

1. Regular mountain eBike with standard offroad tires with dual suspension - front and back
2. No suspension but full fat tires 4" 

Which option would offer a softer ride?

In general, a bike with real suspension in the front and back will give you a softer, smoother ride than a rigid bike with fat 4" tires. Fat tires can feel cushy on small bumps if you run them with low pressure, but they can’t absorb bigger bumps or rough trails as well as actual suspension. So if you want the overall softest and smoothest ride on most terrain, dual suspension is usually better.
