eAhora e-bikes for long range vs other brands

Anybody with some personal experience with these bikes?  They have some really thick batteries.  How is the customer service?

If range is the most important thing for me, is this a good value for money?

Based on what I read, they are decent bikes in terms of range plus power.  Because of that larger batter it will also be heavier.  Customer service might not be great, so you are taking a small gamble if something goes wrong.
